Prepared Hero Emergency Fire Blanket, Kitchen & Home, 39 x 39 in, 2 Pack

Prepared Hero Emergency Fire Blanket

Keep a fire blanket close to the kitchen, grill, vehicle, or camping gear for a fast response to a small, contained fire. This 39 × 39-inch fiberglass blanket deploys from its storage pouch with pull tabs and helps smother flames by cutting off oxygen.

Key features

• Made from woven fiberglass with a dual-sided heat-resistant coating.
• Designed for small, contained fires, including common kitchen grease or liquid fires.
• Pull-tab design helps you deploy the blanket quickly without the aiming and squeezing required by a fire extinguisher.
• Lightweight, compact, and easy to store in a drawer, hang on a wall, or keep in an emergency kit.
• Available in 1-, 2-, 4-, 8-, and 12-pack options.

For a small fire, turn off the heat source if it is safe to do so, cover the flames completely, and leave the blanket in place. If the fire is spreading or cannot be covered safely, evacuate and call emergency services. Never use water on a grease fire.
